- As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition.
- However, if the product is wrongfully delivered or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to exchange.
- If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
- Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering of the package, missing item or damage/ breakage on the delivery Challan presented by our team.
- The cost of shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver you the collection, will take care of the shipping.
- All made to order products are non-returnable and non- exchangeable. Products on offer or sale or discount are non- exchangeable.
- Prices are inclusive of Taxes, for any customisations 10% additional charges.
- For customisation co- ordinate with our team and at least allow us 7 working days. Kindly consider public holidays/festive season for delivery’s around that period.
- The payment needs to be cleared within 7 days from the date of invoice generation.
- The stock which is not moving has to be returned without damaging and in good condition and update on the same would be needed by end of the month.
- Any loss or damage of couriers sent by you for exchange will not be our responsibility.
